The challenge
Albert Castillo runs a sharp, fast-growing electrical and plumbing operation, but he had been burned before. At a previous company, partners poured money into SEO and lead-gen with no clear picture of what was actually working. Without real attribution, he kept pulling the plug on marketing the moment he got nervous about spend.
The fix was not one more channel. It was visibility into every channel at once: knowing which leads turned into booked jobs, and showing up everywhere a homeowner with a panel upgrade or a flooded drain actually starts their search, not just the first page of one Google query.
What we built
Search everywhere, not just Google
We built Power Route's presence across the full buyer journey: organic search, Google Business Profile and Maps, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta, and lead-gen partners. The goal was simple: be the answer whether a customer types it into Google, taps a map pin, or asks an AI assistant for the best electrician near them.
Track every lead back to a real job
We wired call tracking, web-form capture, and CRM data into one tracking layer so every lead is matched by phone and email to the job it became. Now Power Route can see exactly which channels produce booked work, turning marketing from a gamble Albert distrusted into a measurable investment he can read at a glance.
Climb the rankings that drive calls
We focused organic effort on the terms that bring buyers: Pasadena and Glendale electrician searches, plus high-intent Edison and SCE rebate keywords. Their ranked keyword footprint grew from 14 to 26 in six months, with terms climbing from page four into page one and search impressions multiplying roughly 29x.
Win the AI answer
As homeowners increasingly ask AI tools for recommendations, we made sure Power Route is the name those tools surface. When asked for the best electrician in their North Hills service area, ChatGPT names Power Route Electric & Plumbing as the top choice and cites their website directly.
